The world has been paused in chaotic and complex times. Illuminating perspectives are needed to cast light on the challenges and opportunities we face, both personally and in how we work together.

Through courageously deconstructing what has gone before, we can intentionally co-create a Next Normal, fit for our purposes and of which we can be proud.

As we emerge from this period of pausing, we have a chance to:

• sense and parse what’s going on

• say yes to the current complexity and find a considered way through

• identify and develop useful tools to help us navigate the unforeseeable territory

• create bespoke solutions: real work, custom made methods and real-world results

• build a body of knowledge together that is action-focussed

  An Invitation:

  We invite you to join us in an innovative research project, focussing on how organizations can best utilize this unique pause and consider the transition to the Next Normal. Using collaborative knowledge, experience
  and skills of a carefully selected group, convened through invitation only, we will provide opportunities to articulate and share the issues you face and explore the possibilities you see through two online workshop sessions:

  1. DISCOVERY: sharing and defining current challenges and opportunities (90 minutes) 2. CHANGE: exploring and shaping solutions (2-3 hours)

  Your hosts:

  We are The Hvide Sande Group - Peter, Davina, Paul, and Colin. An international ‘action tank’ of
  professional consultants whose knowledge, skills, and experience span Applied Improvisation, Design Thinking, Systemic Practice, Coaching, Education, and Leadership. Sparked by conversations in rural Denmark, from where we got our name, we have come together to listen, share and co-create new possibilities for organizations.

  We are running two discovery groups, which will inform the nature and content of the Change Workshop. FIRST WORKSHOP will be 
  
  23/7 at 8.30-10.30 UK time

  Once the groups are established, we will agree on an exact delivery time for each group.
